Te Ngata’s goal is to collect important and useful kupuFrequency star for tauiraFrequency star of Te Reo Māori, with a focus on words used in the classroom and in daily life by native and fluent speakers.

Te Ngata is currently based on the personal notes of a single tauiwi while studying Te Reo Māori in Pōneke, Aotearoa New Zealand. Care has been taken to capture the intent and nuance of words as described by kaiakoFrequency star Māori, though I am always looking to learn and refine the notes within Te Ngata.
