Te Ngata’s goal is to collect important and useful kupu
for tauira of Te Reo Māori, with a focus on words used in the classroom and in daily life by native and fluent speakers.
Te Ngata is currently based on the personal notes of a single tauiwi while studying Te Reo Māori in Pōneke, Aotearoa New Zealand. Care has been taken to capture the intent and nuance of words as described by kaiako Māori, though I am always looking to learn and refine the notes within Te Ngata.
